Sleeve in very good condition. Writing to rear which has faded and smudged as sleeve is laminated so could easily be removed. Tape residue to top and bottom flipbacks to rear. Bottom sleeve has come loose but could be easily fixed. Top seam coming away slightly.
Some creasing to front cover.

(M) Mint - The record, cover and extra items are brand new. Records marked as sealed or unplayed should be Mint.
(EX) Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, the cover and packaging might have slight wear.
(VG) Very Good - The record has been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items.
Ensure your vinyl is delivered in the best possible condition. Once cleaned the vinyl will be placed in a MoFi Inner Sleeve, the record will then be put in a MoFi Archival Outer Sleeve.
